Urban Women

We are born, we are kind of celebrated in urban life,
we are nourished, get all love around and finally the race of growing up starts.
we are asked to wake up in the morning. Health secondary but sasural ki training 😀
we go to school, get all the ass kicked off with a notion ki "abhi padhlo puri zindgi aish karna"

Pata nahi vo Sukoon fir kabhi aya hi nahi 😔

Society judge karti rahi, indirectly torture karti rahi.
Vo sarkari naukar toh nahi kar payi par society ki naukar ban ke reh gayi.

college mai saari ummeedein tuti ki koi bhavishya nahi hain.
lekin ajeeb si himmat thi andar, ki dekhte hain kuch toh kar lenge.

Seniors ne har saal  facebook ki Id hack karayi, mazak udaya, comments kiye..sab lad lia usne

depression hua vo bhi paar kar lia,

Hostel ki best yaadein batori apni teen dosto ke sath,

aur fir ek din college khatam ho gaya...

bura nahi tha par ek behtar college experience karna chahti thi vo .

char mahine ghis ghis ke naukri dhundi, tab samajh aya bina Godfather ke idhar bhi nahi chalta 😊
India mai usko jugaad kehte hain, placement toh khair nahi di thi college ne usko.

Khair akhiri mai ek naukri pakad li, kyuki ab crunches a rahe the.

Majburi mai shuru kia tha lekin job mai maza a gaya

socha ab isiko future banaya jaye. dheere dheere agge badhi vo ladki , confidence aya.. dimag khula ki pehle kitna kuch kar sakte the, par der hi sahi..

par ab faad denge.

Chalti rahi uski zindagi, sahanabhooti aur liberality rakhte hue

toh sala Umra ne bola  aise kaise , shadi nahi karoge..

The Child

I grew up as a single child.

looks fancy right??

haha

not that much...😅

I feel I lost my innocence way back then many sibling kids did,

When you play with a brother or sister, no other voice can break you, where on the other hand,

watching TV , playing with toys always doesn't help in distraction of voices behind the doors

"Aunties, rishtedaar known families, they are always born to judge you.

"Are ye kitti badi badi baatein karti hain" , Are "tum kuch isse bolti kyu

 nahi"

"ye kaisi baatein kar rahi"

Ab Malu ko toh lagta tha vo toh vahi bol rhi jo sun rahi.. toh aunty aise kyu bol rhi hain.

aur uska poora din nikal jata tha ye sochne mai, par kyuki vo choti thi toh agle din bhul jati thi.

but agle mahine phir kuch bade log (umra mai) chale atte the same dialogue bolne.

ab kyu yad ata hain sab, kyu lagta hain koi hona chaiye, ki sath khel leti toh darwaze ki piche ki awaz sunai nahi deti.

toh aunty bhi nahi ati bolne ki kitti badi baatein kar rahi ho.

shayad isiliye ab bado ki respect nahi kar pati malu, bas tum acche toh vo achi hob jati hain.

By this blog I am not complaining about my life, but a little advise to always give siblings to your first kid, and teach them to respect behavior not age, having a sibling always keep their innocence alive for long, a feel of "koi hain"

Mental Health : A tug to fight, easy when you erupt

Mental Health

What do you do when a person comes to you and say "I dont feel happy" , "ajeeb se thought a rhe", "bas rone ka man kar raha hain",

"mujhe logo se nahi milna"

Depression, as common as sneezing.

A person with depression often move with a fake smile, or mostly no smile. He seizes to think,

tears roll down all the time.
A person suffering from depression has no control in his mind, thoughts are not generated by him, it hits automatically,

So never say "kyu soch rhe ho aise" (Why are you thinking like this) , always say, "okay, I understand" (mai samajh raha hoon)

when someone comes to you and express about his depression.

hug him, tell him lets go to a therapist, I understand what is ongoing with you, its just a phase it will go.

seek help when you feel :-

  1. down, upset or tearful
  2. restless, agitated or irritable
  3. guilty, worthless and down on yourself
  4. empty and numb
  5. isolated and unable to relate to other people
  6. finding no pleasure in life or things you usually enjoy
  7. a sense of unreality
  8. no self-confidence or self-esteem
  9. hopeless and despairing

one has to be non judgmental while talking a person who suffers from depression,

A human being is 90% his mind and 10% his body, that is the reason we need to keep our mental health at its best.

few practices below to manage better mental health

1.Keep busy in work and family.
2.have less expectation from other and always increase your self confidence.

4.Express as much as you can (in bad times or good)

A phase , Never want to swipe back

A phase , Never want to swipe back,

When she was a in the middle of nowhere her mind said not to laugh not to smile, because life will one day come to an end.

A happy girl sitting on the bed doing her math lessons, math because she got a "BACK" in first year, but was cool as math was never her cup of tea, but had to clear anyhow 😉.

She gets a viber message that her photos has been circulated in the group of men and she is been rated.
Message "Maidam, Apka well wisher hoon, apki photo viral ho rahi group mai"

She blocked the number, but then noticed the notifications, 1...2...3...4..5..
The message of the well wisher was true, She was paranoid , uninstalled the application and burnt the sim, All her friends were home, she was alone in the hostel. Anyhow she calmed her down and resume her math practice,

She was scared inside told a few friends about the incident, they calmed her down and advice to ignore as these are just disturbing elements..

Exams arrived, she met all her friends , a little anxious inside but was walking, talking and giving exams,
post her examination she had a plan for a family vacation to Bengaluru, so she packed her bag , boarded the train and reached the destination, her family was waiting for her. Mum Dad,  a happy meet and greet, but inside she did not seem happy, an unusual feeling which was never felt by her before.

"Why am I not feeling happy? I am here for vacation , I am meeting with Maa Paa after 6 month, why there is no smile'

She kept on asking herself , every moment. We spent our day and went back to sleep, heavy eyes but no sleep, and she had no clue why.
She stared the wall clock the whole night , with those heavy eyes, but no sleep,

She blinked her eyes with the voice of alarm, and was completely shock as why this is happening to her, anyway the family, freshened up to move ahead with the plans , the moment she went out of hotel it seemed every person staring at her was one of those guys who rated her in the group. The tears rolled and did not stop. She sat beside the window seat and cried till the driver punched the break.

"No clue what is happening to me"

The whole week was a disaster, No sleep, anxiousness, and tears.

She came back to hostel, and busted after a month

"take me to a doctor crying loud as something has happened to me"

"She stopped feeling, She stopped hearing, her mind said not to laugh, not to smile, because you will die one day. she pinched her hands with safety pins, her eyes could see the blood but the pain was not felt"
Beautiful Picture  shows mental health parameters Sketched By Pooja Pal.

Her friends took her to Psychiatrist and she received some sleeping pills , because it was 1 month the eyes got no sleep. came back slept for a week, never went back

"Kyuki Psychiatrist ke pass toh vo log jate hain jo pagal hote hain"

The tabo never let her go back, and it became ever worse, She saw no doors of solutions , lost.
but decided to put a brave front to know what has happened to her, she asked for some extra money from home and visited a therapist alone, and came to know its a third degree depression. which started from the very first moment when She saw her actual pictures circulating in the group

counselling, therapy, meditation, divinity ... It took her 1 year to come out of it, But she did.

The motive behind writing my story is, Never take mental health casually, its worse than having big disease, it digs inside you unknowingly and kills your self confidence and evacuate your soul. Talk , make good friends have good people around you and be a good listener. Never stop going to doctor if you feel you need a therapy.

you can talk to me too. Anytime. 😊❤️
