Here m back plumpies.. turning 80 get some tips for you to energise youself so u can smile refreshingly and spread smiles too..
YOGA and MEDITATION .. No power is equal to God .. and both
of these practices connects you to him..and his positive energy can never let
any negative energy touch you .
- A good day requires a good night that is a proper deep sleep…ly down on bed and by the support of wall raise your leg for around 15 to 20 minutes.. It hence releases your all day stress and gives you proper sleep.
- Bhastrika is the best yoga which should be practiced by everyone..put ring and middle finger on your eyes ,index finger on forehead and thumb closing your ears.. take a deep breath and chant Om while exhaling ..atleast 10 time daily.
- After a good night get up in the morning sit.. relax and after coming into the conscious state keep your back straight ..close your eyes.. and meditate.
- Meditation do not only include closing your eyes.. its connecting youself to the inner you.
- Close your eyes…and breathe deep 1…2…3…4…and lower your breath from 5…6…7..8 and concentrate on the voice of breathing…
- Let all thoughts come to you..drink all thoughts in the aroma of meditation..this will help you to fight with any negative thought that strikes you at the time of big deals in your life..even at the time where all bone girls will tease you saying “motiiii”.. you will just smile and walk off.. then turn and then look at there faces.
- Continue this for atleast 15 to 20 minutes and day by day as you practice make maximum one hour.
- After getting up just go and have a look at the morning sun… how happy u and sun be .. just experience it.
